隱私權政策

1. 帳號

你用 Google 或 Apple 登入時，我們取得你的 email（Apple 可能提供轉寄信箱）與一組識別碼，用來建立帳號、綁定備份與 Gmail 連結。

2. Gmail（需要你額外授權）

連結 Gmail 後，我們以 gmail.readonly 權限只讀取最近 2 天內、寄件者為銀行／支付機構／商店名單，或主旨含「收據、訂單、付款、交易」等字樣的信件。我們從中擷取金額、商店、日期、卡片末四碼，存成一筆帳目。信件本文不會被長期保存。我們不讀取、不保存其他信件，也不會寄信、刪信或修改你的信箱。

3. 帳目

你手動記的、Apple Pay 捷徑記的、以及從信件解析出的帳目（金額、商店、分類、日期、卡片、備註、標籤），存在你的手機；登入後會以加密連線備份到我們的伺服器，用來換機還原。

4. 技術資料

伺服器會記錄一般的連線紀錄（時間、路徑、狀態碼）以便除錯，不含信件內容。

遇到沒看過的通知格式時，我們會把遮罩後的信件（卡號、姓名、帳號等以 # 取代）送給 AI 服務（OpenAI）產生解析規則；學到的規則只含格式，不含你的個資，並供所有使用者共用。另外，當兩筆帳目疑似重複時，我們會把這兩筆的商店、金額、時間送給 AI 判斷。AI 服務不會用這些資料訓練模型（依其 API 條款）。

Mewny 對從 Google API 取得之資料的使用，遵守 Google API 服務使用者資料政策，包括「有限使用」（Limited Use）要求。具體而言：Gmail 資料只用於在 app 內為你建立帳目；不會轉移給第三方（除非為提供此功能所必要，例如上述 AI 服務處理遮罩後的內容、或法律要求）；不用於廣告；人員不會閱讀，除非你同意、為資安或法律目的、或資料已匿名彙整。

Mewny's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

伺服器與資料庫位於 Fly.io（東京區域），傳輸全程 HTTPS。Gmail 的授權憑證、帳目與備份保留到你解除連結或刪除帳號為止。匯率換算使用公開匯率服務，只送出幣別，不含你的資料。

• 解除 Gmail 連結：app 內「設定 → 自動入帳 → 解除連結」，我們立即丟棄該信箱的授權憑證並停止讀取；也可在 Google 帳號的第三方存取權頁移除。
• 刪除帳號與雲端資料：app 內「設定 → 帳號與備份 → 刪除帳號與雲端資料」，備份、授權憑證、伺服器上的帳目會立即刪除，無法復原。
• 匯出：寫信給我們，我們會提供你的帳目資料（JSON）。

Mewny 不針對 13 歲以下兒童，也不會刻意收集其資料。

Mewny is a personal bookkeeping app. We process data only to turn your purchases into ledger entries and to restore them on a new phone. We never sell data or show ads.

Account: your email and an identifier from Google or Apple sign-in. Gmail (optional, read-only): with your consent we read only recent messages from banks/merchants or with receipt-like subjects, extract amount, merchant, date and card last-4, and store that as an entry; message bodies are not retained. Entries: stored on your device and backed up over HTTPS to our server (Fly.io, Tokyo) for restore. AI: unseen notification formats are sent to OpenAI only after masking card numbers, names and account numbers, to learn a parsing rule; possible duplicate entries (merchant, amount, time) may be sent to decide whether they are the same purchase. Your controls: unlink Gmail or delete your account and all cloud data from inside the app at any time. Contact: stt23699@gmail.com.
